The SET identy® box is the latest product presented by S.E.T., manufacturer of the groundbreaking SET Endostepper® step motor. The SET identy® box makes a dentist's life easier because it lets you identify your dental instruments and it documents their usage.

SET identy® is a round-shaped, rotatable box that can store up to 10 instruments. Only one instrument can be removed at a time. After usage, each instrument can be stored inside the box where it is cleaned in a separate basin that is filled with a disinfectant.

Based on this data the motor automatically adjusts itself to the instrument chosen and releases the device-specific data. The computer counts how often the instrument has been used and sends out fatigue warnings to avoid breakage.

The glass cover prevents instruments from falling out of the box. All parts can be easily removed and cleaned. The box as well as the transport-box can be easily sterilized at 135°C (275° F)
